1. What is NestRules?
NestRules is a mobile and web application to define, organize and share your children's care rules with family members and caregivers. You create a profile for each child, define rules by category (food, screens, routines, health) and share them as guides via links or codes.
2. How do I reset my password?
On the app's sign-in screen, tap "Forgot your password?" and enter your account email. We will send you a link to create a new password.
If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or write to us at soporte@nestrules.app.
3. How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account directly from the app: go to Profile and select "Delete account". Deletion is permanent: your family, your children's profiles, the rules and the shared guides are erased.
If you prefer, you can also request deletion by writing to soporte@nestrules.app from the email address associated with your account.
4. How do I report a problem?
If you find a bug or something doesn't work as expected, write to us describing what happened, on which screen it occurred and, if possible, attach a screenshot. The more detail you give us, the faster we can help you.
