1. What is NestRules?
NestRules es un manual familiar para definir, organizar y compartir las reglas de cuidado de tus hijos con familiares y cuidadores. Creas perfiles para cada hijo, defines reglas por categoría (alimentación, pantallas, rutinas, salud) y las compartes mediante guías con enlaces o códigos.
2. How do I reset my password?
On the app's sign-in screen, tap "Forgot your password?" and enter your account email. We will send you a link to create a new password.
If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or write to us at soporte@nestrules.app.
3. How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account directly in the app: open Profile and select "Delete account". If you are the sole owner of a family, its child profiles, rules, and shared guides are also permanently deleted. If another adult owns the family, only your account and membership are deleted.
If you prefer, you can also request deletion by emailing privacidad@nestrules.app from the address associated with your account.

4. How do I report a problem?
If you find a bug or something doesn't work as expected, write to us describing what happened, on which screen it occurred and, if possible, attach a screenshot. The more detail you give us, the faster we can help you.
